For this reason, we offer an easy 7 Day Returns Policy, no questions asked from the date of delivery. Please use the following guidelines to process a return:
- Most items can be exchanged or refunded for any reason within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition within the original packaging, with all the tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories and documentation such as manuals. Items that are not returned as described above will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
- You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Our delivery service is quick and efficient, using established reputable shippers so that you receive your order promptly and in good condition.
Currently packages are shipped via UPS. You will have the option to choose your shipping service upon checkout.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible we ship your items as soon as they are ready. This may result in multiple deliveries with no additional cost to you.

We deliver internationally to most countries, excluding any countries on the OFAC list. In some countries, you may be required to pay customs duties on items. This cost is not included in the sale price and should be paid by you on delivery.

We aim to deliver internationally within 7-14 business days (Sunday – Thursday) depending on customs clearance. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.
